One to One Sessions
If you are feeling stuck, confused, unsure of what else you can do; experiencing depression or anxiety, struggling to cope on your own and are in search of some change in your life. Perhaps you're hoping to make a positive step towards gaining more control over your thoughts, feelings and life in general? If this is the case then attending one to one counselling could be right for you.
I am offering you the chance to see an impartial, non-judgemental, caring and qualified professional counsellor regularly for an agreed number of times, on a one to one basis. If you have not experienced one to one counselling before or for some reason you have hesitated to actually take any action on seeking the support you think you may have needed in the past, then I can assure you that there is nothing to be afraid of! The counselling room is the safest and most supportive way you can confront the things that are concerning you the most and I am in it with you all of the way.
Our purpose is to work together to help you to gain a better understanding of yourself and the things that are troubling you. Once we have a better understanding, we can think of how you can continue to move forward in your life in a way that works better for you and hopefully helps you to achieve peace of mind. I am offering the chance to make steps towards positive change in your life.
